CT COLEBROOK — Assessment appeals board maintains nine assessments in unanimous votes. The Board of Assessment Appeals heard ten property assessment appeals, with unanimous votes maintaining existing valuations for nine appellants and reducing one. Chair Thomas McKeon and Secretary John Fredsall led the board through appeals from Jonathan Thompson, Evangelia Remoundos, Eric Wawryzniak, and Brookside Farm Association, represented by attorney William Riiska.
The sole reduction came when the board unanimously voted to cut Walter J. Gray Jr.'s outbuilding assessment from $65,500 to $50,500.
