CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook Board of Finance finalizes 2026-2027 budgets, sets mill rate at 25.0. The board approved the Colebrook Board of Education budget of $2,497,048.27 and the Regional School District 7 budget of $2,352,816, alongside Board of Selectmen and capital-improvement allocations of $2,323,659 and $350,000 respectively. Chairman Thomas D.
McKeon's board voted unanimously to transfer $36,153 from reserves to balance the fiscal-year deficit. All budgets will be presented at the April 9 budget hearing at 7 p.m.
