CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook Inland Wetlands Agency greenlights house addition within 100-foot stream buffer zone. The agency unanimously approved the Bodycoats' house addition at 8 Center Brook Rd with permits for upland review and buffer-zone protection, plus erosion control measures. The town's culvert replacement on Pisgah Mountain Road also won unanimous approval pending revised drawings.
A timber harvest application by Becky Keily required no further review.
