CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook P&Z adds middle-housing language to zoning code. The Planning and Zoning Commission, led by Chairman Todd Correll, unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and unanimously seated three alternates for absent members at its February 9 meeting. The commission agreed to incorporate state-required language for middle housing into its zoning regulations and scheduled a March 9 public hearing to evaluate a new residential addition to 8 Centerbrook Road.
