CT COLEBROOK — Planning Commission approves site plan, continues horse stable review. The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved its July 13 minutes and approved a site plan for 1 Greenwoods Turnpike, requiring all parking occur on Greenwoods Turnpike road and the applicant's driveway. Two commercial horse stable special exception applications from Allison McCallum — at 139 Bunnell Street and 61 Phelps Road — advanced with comprehensive draft conditions addressing fencing, parking surfaces and drainage, trailer storage, manure management and quarterly removal, operating hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and maximum animal capacity of 10 horses at Phelps Road and 15 at Bunnell Street.
