CT COLEBROOK — Conservation Commission backs five-town Japanese knotweed management plan. Joyce Hemingson, Michael Corbin, and Linda Bickford approved prior minutes and heard that Pisgah Mountain Road culvert repairs are advancing through an Inland Wetlands Commission application. The Commission will develop a community outreach program modeled on Norfolk's approach to engage homeowners in invasive species management while the state handles spraying on state roads.
