CT COLEBROOK — Planning and Zoning Commission approves three applications after addressing compliance issues. The Commission unanimously approved a shed at 1 Center Brook Road following a public hearing with neighbor support, a sign at 320 Colebrook River Road, and a garage addition at 166 Pinney Street. Property owners at 76 Fritz Road were found in compliance with guidelines but face a 30-day deadline to pay $150 in outstanding fines.
A business operating at 139 Bunnell Street was directed to submit a Special Permit application by January 12, 2026.
