CT COLEBROOK — Planning and Zoning Commission approves three applications at May meeting. Chaired by Todd Correll, the commission unanimously approved amendments to Section 7.A.2 regarding setback exceptions and Section 5.K.4 to allow special events at farm breweries, wineries, and distilleries to serve non-Connecticut beverages. The commission also approved a special exception modification for Norfolk Farm Brewery at 201 Stillman Hill Road.

Public hearings for two commercial horse stable applications from Allison McCallum were continued to June 8.
