CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook Planning and Zoning Commission approves two applications, continues horse stable hearings. Chairman Todd Correll's board unanimously approved a second wall sign for KK Tek 2, LLC at 320 Colebrook River Road and a re-subdivision for George and Martha Neal at 50 Shantry Road. The Commission continued two applications from Allison McCallum for commercial horse stables at 139 Bunnell Street and 61 Phelps Road, requiring detailed site plans, waste management plans, operational hours, and maximum horse capacity specifications before proceeding.
