CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook Planning and Zoning Commission accepts four applications, schedules hearings for May 11. Co-Chairman Kevin Robichaud presided at the April 13 meeting with Jennifer Hill as the only other regular member present; three alternates were seated for absent regular members. The commission unanimously approved two special exception applications from Allison McCallum for 139 Bunnell Street and 61 Phelps Road, along with a text amendment and modification to regulations for farm breweries, wineries, and distilleries to allow the sale of non-Connecticut alcoholic beverages during special events.
