CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook Planning and Zoning Commission approves Turnpike site plan with parking restrictions. The commission, chaired by Todd Correll with members Edward Catto and Jennifer Hill, approved a site plan for 1 Greenwoods Turnpike, restricting all parking to Greenwoods Turnpike road and the applicant's driveway. Two commercial horse stable special exception applications filed by Allison McCallum for properties at 139 Bunnell Street and 61 Phelps Road advanced pending the commission's September 14 vote on detailed conditions, including fencing, drainage, manure management, and maximum herd sizes of 15 horses at Bunnell Street and 10 at Phelps Road.
