Safety Committee updates on routine facilities and public works work

CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook Safety Committee approves prior minutes, continues routine inspections. The committee unanimously approved June 24, 2024 meeting minutes and reviewed status updates on public works and facilities. Bill Jasmin of Public Works reported no safety issues and confirmed new retro-reflective street signs are on order to maintain state code compliance; the committee will follow up on reported failures of Speed signs on Route 8.
Town Hall and Community Center inspections remain up to date, though emergency lights require replacement and the Town Hall exterior door is slated for replacement within the week.
