Colebrook Planning Commission unanimously approves new zoning enforcement officer

CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook Planning and Zoning Commission approves new enforcement officer. The commission unanimously approved Jeremy DeCarli of Tyche Planning and Policy Group as the new Zoning Enforcement Officer, with Chairman Todd Correll proposing and Will Sweeney seconding. The commission also unanimously approved a new complaint procedure.
During the meeting, the board reviewed ongoing enforcement matters including a $300 fine paid at 76 Fritz Road (now in compliance), a cease-and-desist letter issued to 1 Center Brook Road for a setback issue, and follow-up needed at 139 Bunnell Street regarding an unpermitted business operation.
