CT COLEBROOK — Northwest Resource Recovery Authority accepts $500,000 state grant. The nine-town regional waste coalition unanimously approved a $500,000 award from Connecticut's Office of Policy and Management, authorizing Authority Chairman Dan Jerram to execute a service agreement. The authority also approved its FY 2026-27 budget and set tipping fees at $120 per ton for municipal waste and $125.54 for private haulers, with municipal recycling at $12 per ton.
