Northwest Resource Recovery Authority elects new chairperson.

CT COLEBROOK — Northwest Resource Recovery Authority elects new leadership in reorganization. Curtis Rand of Salisbury was unanimously elected Chairperson following Daniel Jerram's resignation, while Rachel Oster was appointed Operations Manager with authority to make day-to-day purchases per the bylaws. Rand was separately authorized to execute OPM Grant in Aid documents with Rand abstaining and seven members voting in favor.

The authority operates the Torrington Transfer Station serving Colebrook and six other member towns.
