Northwest Resource Recovery Authority endorses Strategic Advisor

CT COLEBROOK — Northwest Resource Recovery Authority Board unanimously endorses Strategic Advisor position with grant backing. The board's four voting members, Daniel Jerram (chairman), Elinor Carbone (treasurer), Michael Magistrali (secretary), and Todd Carusillo representing Goshen, voted unanimously to endorse the position and support retention through Regional Sustainability Grant-Municipal Solid Waste funding. Board discussion also turned to potential by-laws revisions intended to broaden membership and reduce the requirement for new members to commit to the Torrington Transfer Station.

Members also convened in executive session to discuss legal strategy regarding a potential Transfer Station acquisition.
