CT COLEBROOK — The Northwest Resource Recovery Authority Board votes unanimously on service agreements. The regional authority held a virtual meeting March 5, with Chairman Daniel Jerram, Elinor Carbone, Michael Magistrali, Todd Carusillo, and Curtis Rand voting to authorize a letter to Commissioner Gilman regarding the authority's position on early termination of existing Municipal Service Agreements. The board also established regular monthly meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 2 p.m. and formally recognized the Town of Salisbury as a new member of the authority.
