Planning board accepts McCallum applications, schedules May public hearings

CT COLEBROOK — Planning and Zoning Commission schedules May hearings on McCallum applications and farm-operation rules. The board accepted two special-exception applications from Allison McCallum, one for 139 Bunnell Street and one for 61 Phelps Road, scheduling hearings for May 11 at 7:00 PM. The commission also approved a text amendment to Section 5.K.4 and a related modification allowing farm breweries, farm wineries, and farm distilleries to sell non-Connecticut alcoholic beverages during special events.

Both farm-operation items proceed to public hearing on May 11 at 7:00 PM. Co-Chairman Kevin Robichaud presided with three alternates seated for absent members.
