CT COLEBROOK — Colebrook Safety Committee unanimously approves prior meeting minutes, addresses speed and communication concerns. The committee discussed potential speed safety measures for Deer Hill Road and requested a feasibility study on speed camera programs for Route 8 and Route 183, with First Selectman Brad Bremer coordinating with a consulting firm that will provide the study and first camera installation at no cost. Committee members identified the need for new radios in Department of Public Works vehicles and equipment to improve communications for crews working in areas with limited cell coverage.
